Fire crews rescued a woman from a window during a three-alarm fire in Scarborough on Wednesday morning.
Crews were called to a low-rise apartment on Lawrence Avenue East near Brimley Road after 4 a.m.
Witnesses tell CityNews they saw flames and smoke coming from a second floor window.

Numerous other residents were forced out of their homes and are now sheltering in a TTC bus. No injuries have been reported.
The fire has since been knocked down.
Lawrence was closed in both directions from Brimley to McCowan for the investigation but has since reopened.
